How to Request Data Deletion

4. 4We will review the request and delete applicable personal information from our active records unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, or legitimate business reasons.

Facebook Messenger Data

If you interacted with our Facebook Page or Messenger bot, we may have received your public profile name, Messenger user ID, and the messages you sent to our Page. You can request that we delete the conversation data available to us. You may also delete your conversation directly in Messenger or adjust your privacy settings through Facebook.

Processing Time
